My love for music runs deep. Growing up in a small house in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, I remember my dad spending many hours practicing music using an old reel-to-reel recorder. I didn't know it then, but I was absorbing all those songs, even in my sleep.

At the age of five, my parents bought an old upright piano and I began taking classical lessons. After learning my first three chords on the piano, I realized that I could play all the songs my dad had been playing, by ear. I still love playing those old songs.

I began playing with his band at the age of fifteen and fell even more in love with music and connecting with an audience. As I moved to Eau Claire for college, I carried my music with me and began writing my first songs. I later attended Marquette University to become a dentist and tried to fit music in whenever I could, but it always took a back seat to my education, family and other obligations.

Fast forward to the fall of 2014! After 24 years of marriage, raising three children, and building a dental practice, I felt it was time to put serious energy back into my music and see where it took me.

So I dusted off some of my old songs, started writing again, and realized I still have a lot of music in me that wants to come out. I also began working with Mark Wayne at Clear Blue Studios and Marty Cheyka at Whitehouse Productions to add other instrumentation to my songs. Producing an album makes me dig even deeper and get very in touch with every aspect of the songs.

I started performing live again in 2014 at local venues as well as regionally for "Women & Water" (  I strongly support this grassroots movement which promotes the need to preserve the water and the environment for our children and grandchildren. That has allowed me to perform with some great musicians in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. It has been an exciting return to music!

I released my first CD “Letting Go” in May 2017. It’s been rewarding to say the least. I feel blessed that I’ve been able to share that part of myself and my music with the world. Now in the fall of 2019 I am once again excited to be heading back to the studio to begin recording my next CD!

I can't wait to share more music with you.

I also want to thank my wife, family and friends for supporting my music and my efforts!
